Welcome to the Tales of Potential Discovery Experiments.

When I started thinking about sharing the ideas found in Tales of Potential, I couldn't imagine just writing a book. If you've spent time with me, you'll know I lead with a propensity to action. Whenever a new idea inspires me, I ask, "So what's next? How do I implement this idea?" And Tales of Potential includes lots of ideas, ideas framed in a Fairytale. 

Yet we all live and work in the real world. So I wanted to give you answers to the "What's next?" and examples of "How?

I bring you Tales of Potential Discovery Experiments. Designed to help modern leaders (or would-be leaders) learn how to apply the ideas from Tales of Potential to their day-to-day world.

Each Discovery Experiment includes:

• Idea - an introduction to the idea with a short video with examples of the results we’ve seen implementing these ideas in real-world situations.

• Experiment - an easy-to-complete experiment to show the idea's immediate impact.

• Amplify  - questions and suggestions on how to amplify the concept.

• Invest - if you're intrigued, we have programming, experiences, and private coaching available to people who want to take the idea to the next level.

I've had the opportunity to watch teams transform how they collaborate and create the future with each other using many of these ideas. They're the first step in deploying Opt-In strategies in your workplace.
